Day 1: Initial injury presented to the clinic from a road traffic accident

Staff cleaned and de-brided off non‐viable tissue, administered necessary injectable medications before topically filling with FiltaBac

Day 3: FiltaBac applied daily then washed clean on the 3rd day, before next application.

Day 37: Lower end of wound contains a drain for excess fluid, continues with FiltaBac

Day 41: Drain removed, wound closed, clean, no lameness
